We started PrestigeCore because we kept seeing the same problem: homeowners getting passed between designers, contractors, and vendors — with no one taking real ownership of the outcome.
Why We Built It This Way
Most remodeling projects involve too many handoffs. A designer draws the plan. A contractor bids the work. Subcontractors show up — or don't. When something goes wrong, everyone points at someone else.
We built PrestigeCore to solve that. Design, cabinetry, material selection, and construction all under one roof — managed by one team with one point of contact. When you work with us, you're not coordinating between vendors. You're working with us.
We serve a small number of clients at a time, on purpose. It lets us do the work right — not just get it done.

PrestigeCore Design + Build is a women-owned, Colorado-based company built around a hands-on approach to design, materials, construction, and project coordination.
Each project is approached as a complete environment rather than a collection of disconnected products and trades. PrestigeCore coordinates the design direction, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, paint, fixtures, material sourcing, installation planning, and construction communication around one overall vision.
Clients receive direct communication, documented decisions, and a primary point of coordination who understands the project from the initial consultation through final review.
