Yuliyanna is the founder and owner of PrestigeCore Design + Build, a Colorado-based design-build, renovation, and cabinetry company serving homeowners and property owners throughout the South Denver metro.
Her professional background spans legal services, business operations, multilingual and cross-cultural communication, education, project coordination, and entrepreneurship. Before building PrestigeCore, Yuliyanna spent years working in legal and client-service environments where precision, documentation, confidentiality, negotiation, and accountability were essential. Those experiences shaped the disciplined, detail-oriented approach she brings to client relationships, project coordination, and business operations today.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Denver, with additional academic study in languages and international disciplines, Yuliyanna brings analytical discipline, strong communication, and a broad cross-cultural perspective to the way PrestigeCore operates.
Today, she remains directly involved in the company's client relationships, preconstruction planning, design coordination, cabinetry and material procurement, commercial development, and project execution. That hands-on involvement is intentional: PrestigeCore was built around the principle that clients should have a knowledgeable, accountable decision-maker involved from the first conversation through completion.
