Package 02
Property Feasibility Package
$2,500–$5,000
Property walkthrough, available-document review, preliminary renovation scope, budget range, risk identification and recommendations for professional investigations.
Package 03
Comprehensive Preconstruction Package
Starting at $9,500 + consultants
Existing-condition review, scope development, consultant and trade coordination, preliminary budgeting, value engineering, phasing, scheduling and preconstruction planning.
Outside architectural, engineering, environmental, inspection, testing and specialty-professional fees are additional.
Package 04
Owner's Representative Services
Monthly retainer or project-specific fee
Ongoing review of plans, contractor proposals, budgets, schedules, change orders and construction progress, including projects where another contractor performs the construction.
Consulting does not require a construction commitment to PrestigeCore. Some clients engage us only for preconstruction guidance or owner's representation; others choose to continue with PrestigeCore into design and construction once the scope, budget and path forward are established.
