Strategy Session

A comprehensive feasibility review of the property and proposed scope — including preliminary budget development and professional identification.
Comprehensive Preconstruction

Full preconstruction management: scope development, professional coordination, permit planning, contractor selection support, and owner's representation through the start of construction.
